By purchasing my services, you agree to these Terms of Service, so please read them carefully.

Communication is very important for providing good service, so I recommend contacting me via Telegram. It's a medium where I'm very present and can receive notifications.

🌟 The work schedule for commissions is Monday through Thursday. Thursday to Saturday I work on YCH slots.
🌟 National and international holidays and weekends are dedicated to my health, rest, or personal projects.
🌟 The most important thing is that I suffer from a condition called Dysautonomia, Fibromyalgia, and Ehler's Disease, which sometimes affects me with pain and fatigue, so I must take my time to draw and other times to heal. I hope you understand.
🌟My work is NON-REFUNDABLE. The money spent on each job goes directly to funding my life and health. Accepting a slot means I have declined another, so I would lose two jobs in turn. I operate under a no-refund policy under any circumstances, but I swear and take full responsibility that the job will be delivered. I, Barbara Diaz, commit 100% to delivering each and every one of my jobs without fail.

🌟 If I have to take a hiatus due to my precarious health, this will not be counted within the normal delivery timeframe as it is a situation beyond my control. Immediate notice will be given in case of any eventuality.

Order and Commission Process

🌟 I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable working on it.
🌟 I am autistic, so please be clear in your requests and be upfront with each description.
🌟 I accept Fan Art commissions. If the client would like to consider allowing the artist to use the commission as merchandise (prints, buttons, etc.), a discount will be offered!
🌟 Payment plans are accepted. When your illustration will be fully completed and delivered upon complete of the payment plan.
🌟 I require 100% payment before starting, or, in the case of payment plans, complete the payment to give you your commission.
🌟 If you would like to create an idea and have me create one or more sketches prior to payment so you are satisfied with the completed idea before total pay, this will cost $12 USD, which will then be deducted from the total price of the final work. All ideas and sketches will be charged in advance.
🌟 I will only accept "Paypal or Deposit."
🌟 In the case of Paypal, payment will be sent to your Paypal account as an invoice detailing the requested work and payment plans.
🌟 Tips are very welcome!
🌟 I accept requests for artistic freedom.
🌟 All my prices are only a base price and may be increased due to the complexity of the character and/or accessory(s).
🌟 During the sketch and lineart process, 3 notable changes will be made. Within these changes, several small changes may occur at once. Therefore, you must be very clear and specific when giving instructions for changes and adjustments, and not just in small batches. If necessary, send a short list or redlines. With good communication, we can bring your idea to life.
🌟 Any changes to the drawing must be made before your lineart begins, and changes to the lineart will be charged.
🌟 I deliver many WIPs (previews) of completed work, so it's not necessary to request them. I'll ensure the process is completely transparent and that you can provide feedback and approval on each step of the project. My greatest interest is that the client is completely satisfied and happy with their work.
🌟 The idea or sketch with the Shade and Experimental colors will be presented before shading or creating the background. Therefore, please pay close attention to whether this is your preference or you would like a different one. It's very difficult for me to change the shades of a drawing, and once progress is made, changing the colors will require an extra charge.

General

🌟 My order Queue is completely private to protect the privacy of my clients.
🌟 Commission times vary based on current workload. You will be actively notified of the progress of the queue.
🌟 I don't work with deadlines. If you need a deadline, there is an additional charge.

🌟 I reserve the right to cancel a job in cases of abuse, harassment, mistreatment, poor or no communication, inappropriate behavior toward me and my personal life, or taking inappropriate actions.

🌟 If you'd like a drawing featuring one of my characters in any situation, my character will have no additional cost, but you should ask about NSFW use. Several of my characters are NSFW-friendly.
🌟 And most importantly: DON'T RUSH ME - I usually get very stressed when clients rush me into work every day or don't respect my work schedule, just so I can work faster on their commissions, and I could end up canceling/rejecting that commission. Remember, I have other commissions to work on, and each client's slot must be respected. I'll keep you updated periodically on progress and locations.

(YOUR) CHARACTER REFERENCES

🌟 I require a good character reference and a feeling or attitude of the character to be worked on.
🌟 A short explanation of what is required, and if the artist is given artistic freedom, short talk about the character to get to know it and connect with.
🌟 Multiple images are allowed, no more than 4 if possible.
🌟 AVOID references from Second Life or 3D renderings.
🌟 If you don't have a character or haven't created one and would like us to create one for the project, there will be an additional cost. We will be using the Character Creation service. This is a fully personalized service lasting several days and includes an extensive discussion to generate the character you are looking for. You will not only be left with a piece of art, but also with a created character and its reference sheet. This has an additional cost of:
$100 USD with a Normal Reference.
$180 USD with a Complex Reference.

Harassment

🌟 Harassment or overly hostile behavior of any kind toward me will not be tolerated. Any disrespect toward me or taking advantage of me just for doing a job will not be tolerated and will result in immediate banning. This will lead to a blacklist, and your commission will NOT be refunded.

Rights and responsibilities

🌟 The client must be pay attention in communication about their work. If the client abandons the conversation or does not respond during the commission process, the conversation will be stopped because WIPs cannot be approved. The next work on the list will be moved forward, and a one-month deadline will be given before canceling the work due to lack of communication.
🌟 Both the client and the artist have the responsibility to be clear in communication about what they are seeking from their commission, so I will ask questions to get to know their character. If you would like to give me a short (please don't overly long) talk of their story or personality, it will be greatly appreciated, as it will help connect more with the character and achieve a better result.
🌟 The client retains the rights to their work for PERSONAL use, for prints, wallpapers, icons, tattoos, stickers, etc. Crediting the artist at least once, if possible.
🌟 If you are looking for an illustration for commercial use, for sale, or for business, you must speak in person as prices vary depending on the use.
🌟 The artist retains the right to use the artwork visually on social media, such as in their portfolio, for example, for future sales on this or other pages, advertising posters as an example of the type of work, or exhibitions of completed works (not for sale, just for display).
🌟 I reserve the right to decide which works to publish on my social media or to generate a recorded timelapse showing the process of this commission. If you would like your work to be recorded, you can also request it. If it's NSFW, I won't be able to publish it, but I can send you the file.

Proceso de Pedido y Comisión

🌟 Me reservo el derecho de rechazar una comisión si no me siento cómoda trabajando en ella.
🌟Soy una persona autista, por lo que se agradecería tener explicita claridad explícita en las solicitudes y ser directo en cada descripción.
🌟 Acepto comisiones de Fanart, si el cliente quiere considerar que el Artista pueda usar la obra como Merch (Prints, chapitas, etc.) Se le ofrecerá un Descuento!
🌟 Se aceptan Planes de Pago, su ilustración será totalmente finalizada y entregada al completar el plan de pago.
🌟 Requiero el 100% del pago antes de iniciar o, en caso de planes de pago, entregar la comisión.
🌟 Si se quiere efectuar una idea y que le realice uno o mas Sketch previo al pago para poder estar complacido con la idea ejecutada, este tendrá el costo de $12USD que después será descontado del precio total del trabajo final. Todas las ideas y sketch serán cobradas previamente.
🌟 Sólo aceptare "Paypal o Depósito "
🌟 En caso de Paypal, el pago sera enviado a su usuario de Paypal como Invoice (factura) en detalle al trabajo pedido y planes de pago.

🌟Durante el proceso del Sketch y Lineart, se efectuaran 3 cambios notorios, dentro de esos cambios pueden ir varios cambios pequeños a la vez por lo que debes ser muy claro y específico al momento de dar las indicaciones para los cambios y arreglos y no de a poco. Si es necesario envia una pequeña lista o redlines, con una buena comunicación vamos a poder traer tu idea a la vida.
🌟 Cualquier cambio en el dibujo debe ser antes de que comience su lineart, y si es un cambio en el lineart se le cobrará.
🌟 Soy una persona que entrega muchos WIP's (previos) del trabajo realizado por lo que no es necesario pedirlos. Me asegurare de que el proceso sea totalmente transparente y que puedas opinar y aceptar cada uno de los pasos de la obra, mi mayor interés es que el cliente este totalmente satisfecho y feliz con su encargo.
🌟Se presentara la idea o bosquejo con los colores para los Shade y Experimentales previo a sombrear o realizar el fondo por lo cual poner suma atención si es de su preferenciao desea otro. Me es muy difícil cambiar las sombras de un dibujo y ya con un notorio avance se debera cobrar extra el cambiar los colores.

🌟 Mi listado de ordenes (Queue) es totalmente privada para valorar la privacidad de mis clientes.

Recuerda que tengo otras comisiones por trabajar y hay que respetar el lugar y listado de cada uno. Te estaré notificando periódicamente los avances y lugares.

(TUS) REFERENCIAS DE PERSONAJES

🌟 Requiero de una buena referencia de su personaje y un sentimiento o actitud del personaje a trabajar.
🌟 Una breve explicación de lo que requiere y si el artista se le da libertad artística, hablar resumidamente sobre el personaje para conocerlo y conectar con lo que se busca.
🌟 Se permiten múltiples imágenes, en lo posible no más de 4.
🌟 EVITAR referencias de Second Life o 3D Renderizados.
🌟 Si no tienes un personaje o no has creado uno y quieres que creemos uno para el trabajo, eso tendrá un costo adicional pues se estará utilizando el servicio de Creación de Personaje, que es un servicio totalmente personalizado de varios días y una amplia conversación para poder generar el personaje que buscas y no solo quedar con una pieza de arte sino con un personaje creado y con su hoja de referencia. Este tiene el costo adicional de:

Acoso

🌟 No se tolerará el acoso o comportamiento muy hostil de cualquier tipo hacía mi persona. Cualquier falta de respeto hacia mi persona o tomarse atribuciones sobre mi persona solo por realizar un trabajo no serán toleradas y se bloqueara al instante la persona. Esto conducirá a una lista negra y su comisión NO será reembolsada.

Derechos y responsabilidades

🌟 El cliente debe estar atento en la comunicación con el respecto a su trabajo. Si el cliente abandona la conversación o no responde más en medio del proceso de realización de su comisión esta se frenará pues no podrán ser aprobados los WIP's, se avanzará en los siguientes de la lista y se dará un plazo de 1 mes antes de cancelar el trabajo por falta de comunicación.
🌟 Tanto el cliente como el artista tienen la responsabilidad de ser claros en la comunicación para lo que busca de su comisión, por ello hare preguntas para conocer a su personaje. Si deseas darme una pequeña (por favor no larga) narración de su historia o personalidad será bien recibida pues ayudará a conectar más con el personaje y dar un mejor resultado.
🌟 El cliente tiene los derechos de su trabajo de uso personal, para prints, fondos de pantalla, iconos, tatuajes, stickers, etc. Dando en lo posible al menos una vez crédito al Artista.
🌟 Si busca una ilustración para uso comercial, para venta o empresa, deberá hablar personalmente pues los precios son diferentes para uso comercial dependiendo del uso.
🌟 El artista mantendrá los derechos de usar la obra de manera visual en redes sociales, como en su portafolio, ejemplo para futuras ventas en esta u otras páginas, carteles publicitarios como ejemplificación del tipo de trabajo o exposiciones de trabajos realizados (no su venta, solo exponer.).
🌟 Me reservo el derecho para decidir qué obras publicar en mis redes sociales o de cual generar un Timelapse grabado mostrando el proceso de esta comisión. Si deseas que tu obra sea grabada también puedes pedírmelo, si en NSFW no podré publicarlo, pero poder enviarte el archivo.
